Strategy Report:
By using the advantage of walls, a bunch of farmers commanded by a tiny group of legionaries
was able to hold off a massive army of the nameless people.
1st Step: Troop Placement
At the Walls
Range Infantry on top of walls
At The Gate
Light infantry at the front
Heavy infantry at center
Light infatry behind
Cavalry
2nd Step: Blocking the way
By stopping the advancement of enemy troops using every melee infantry available, allied Arrow Towers and Range Infantry were able to considerably reduce enemy units.
3rd Step: Enemy Charge
By deploying allied cavalry at the opposing side of the wall, General Stuff was able to hold off the enemy charge, even though he lost most of his army.
4th Step: Turnover
Once the enemy cavalry was defeated, the legionaries (Heavy Melee Infantry) and the leves (Ranged Infantry) acted simultaneously and were able to defeat the remaining enemy slingers.
Battle Result:
Although designed as Pyrrhic Victory, the goal of surviving the massive attack of a foreign army was achieved. General Stuff was able to keep control of his settlement and send the invaders away.
